News Corp. Chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch says NATO should be reformed to include Australia because of its strategic position near Asia. Murdoch argues that world threats have expanded beyond the capacity of Europe and says the inclusion of countries like Australia "is the only way NATO will become effective."
