Lindsey Duncan explains how to transcend the barriers to optimum health. One of the main borders to better health is understanding that the modern diet, which was created by corporate marketing departments, is totally different from our "original" diet that was mostly healthy, natural enzymatically alive food. By explaining our common misconceptions Lindsey delivers an innovative way to optimum health.

Lindsey Duncan's journey into the natural health field stemmed from serious health problems he experienced as a child. He struggled with his own health issues for the greater part of his childhood. Conventional medicine failed to help him, but an introduction to nutrition and alternative health care completely changed the quality of his life and health forever. A homeopathic doctor, Lindsey opened Home Nutrition Clinic in Santa Monica, California in 1985.
His clinical experience and expertise has helped thousands of people overcome a variety of health symptoms ranging from very serious chronic illness to complaints such as stomach and intestinal disorders, migraines, depression, weight problems, arthritis, and PMS.
