The vision for Real Time Farms is to document the entire food system, thus empowering people with knowledge on where their food is coming from. By virtually connecting farmers, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday people, consumers can make informed decisions instead of relying on marketing campaigns and questionable regulations and labels. Essentially, the Rosaens are creating transparency within the food system.
