"Healthy harmony"
Unnur Gudrun Palsdottir or Lukka as most call her is the founder of Happ restaurants which serves healthy food. When Lukka worked as a personal trainer she noticed with many of her clients that how ever hard they trained the gain wasn't as expected and she suspected that food might have something to do with this. She started to make food packets for her clients and soon the business started to bloom. Lukka is on a mission to help society heal itself with better food and healthier lifestyle.
