Saying he was "cautiously optimistic" about Iraq's future, Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) told reporters at a breakfast sponsored by The Christian Science Monitor that the Iraq War was, in the final analysis, worth America's time and that it served as a positive symbol for Arab revolutionaries in in the last year.
