Avika Gor has acted in numerous television soaps and Indian movies. At 13 years of age, she has won Rajeev Gandhi Award for her work which includes her work in 'Baalika Vadhu', an Indian soap based on the issue of child marriage in Rajasthan. In this TEDxShekhavati 2011 talk, she shares her story and how she balances work and studies. A great talk for children that shows how you can follow your dreams without leaving school!
