Dave Hitz is a co-founder and executive vice president of NetApp, Inc. But before starting his career in the computer industry, he worked as a cowboy, gaining valuable management experience by herding, branding, and castrating cattle. He is the author of "How to Castrate a Bull - Unexpected Lessons on Risk, Growth, and Success in Business." Dave presented a talk at TEDxValenciaSt entitled "Are Corporate Values Yucky?"
