Chris Kazi Rolle is an multi-talented artist, social entrepreneur and relationship enthusiast. A survivor of child abuse, foster care and homelessness Kazi travels nationally and internationally inspiring audiences through performance, exhibiting and lecturing year round. Nicknamed The Convo Starter, Kazi is the architect behind several innovative social ventures designed to create conversations for change, including The Hip Hop Project, an award winning, arts education organization that uses Hip Hop, popular culture and mentorship to teach young people essential life skills; and Together Apart, a relationship academy providing educational events, media, products and services that empower relationships. Kazi has been featured on VH1, CNN, CBS and The Oprah Winfrey Show in a segment called "People Using Their Lives". Kazi's work and inspiring life story is the focus of the feature length film entitled, "The Hip Hop Project", executive produced by Bruce Willis and Queen Latifah. He is a martial artist, TED fanatic and a proud father. Kazi resides in Brooklyn.
