Jenn Taylor is a systems thinker and process designer who has been paid to work with computer systems since 1995. Because "hi, I'm Jenn and I'm here to automate your job" doesn't generally win friends, she's learned a lot about humans along the way. A University of Alabama graduate, Jenn is currently pursuing an MBA at Brandeis University.

About TEDxCreativeCoast: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
