His first real work experience in Moldova started in late 2009 when he joined the Government of Moldova, at the State Chancellery. Since 2004, after completing his studies in Finland, he has worked full-time in development consulting in five countries -- Austria, Finland, Latvia, Romania and Ukraine. He covered projects in, and travelled to, another couple dozen countries, mainly in Europe and Asia, with sporadic activities in Africa and the Middle East.

Having been exposed to multicultural environments for quite a while, working and studying side by side with people from different countries and cultures , his conviction is that stereotypes are there to be broken, however, there is a reason why they, unfortunately, exist.
