Né en 1981 à Rabat, il s'est inspiré par la loyauté et le dévouement de sa Mère « médecin » pour choisir les études médicales à la même ville. Il poursuit actuellement ses études spécialisées en chirurgie digestive à Bruxelles. Appart la chirurgie, il est fasciné par les voyages, l'écriture et la photographie. Il n'hésite pas de parcourir le monde dès que son métier lui laisse du temps en rapportant ce qu'il vit dans ses récits de voyage qu'il publie sur son blog. Ecrivant dans les deux langues, Il rédige aussi des articles apportant sa vision lucide sur les événements nationaux et internationaux. Son blog, crée en 2006, a été nominé trois fois à la finale des « Maroc Blog awards » dans la catégorie « meilleur blog marocain » et deux fois dans la catégorie « Meilleur article ». En tant que photographe amateur, il participe à plusieurs expositions et en tant qu'acteur associatif il participe à des caravanes médicales dans les quatre coins du royaume
