Larysa Slobodian is an Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant and the Principal Consultant for L4 Leadership. She is at her best when she helps others develop exceptional leadership and powerful teams. She coaches leaders and teams to lead through change and manage the dynamics of organizational life with courage, intention and grace. Larysa has a passion for leadership development and has worked with a variety of top organizations in diverse fields including high tech, aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, government and global nonprofit. She is the past Vice Chair for the Board of Directors at the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University and currently serves on the board of advisors for LIOS Graduate College at Saybrook University.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
