Sudip Dutta is the founder of Apoorv, an innovative initiative, which provides an online platform that sells handicrafts made by artisans across India. Speaking at TEDxBITSGoa about digitizing the market for the 2nd largest occupation in India, he explained to a rapt audience, the various handicrafts in the country, their forms, history and traditions, their makers an ancestries, and the problems faced by the craftsmen and women in this enormous country-wide cottage industry.His idea behind this inspiring venture is commendable and truly worth spreading.
