Thor Muller is a serial entrepreneur and startup advisor, currently co-founder & CTO of Get Satisfaction, a web platform that allows companies to collaborate openly with their customers.

Lane Becker is a principle at Freestyle Capital, an early stage venture capital firm, and co-founder of Get Satisfaction. Previously, Lane co-founded Adaptive Path, a user experience strategy, research, and design consultancy.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
