Chip Conley is the founder and executive chairman of Joie de Vivre, California's largest boutique hotel company consisting of over 40 award-winning hotels, spas and restaurants. Also a best-selling author, Chip illustrates the theory that transformed his business and shares his unique prescription for success (even in turbulent times) in his latest book PEAK: How Great Companies Get Their Mojo from Maslow (Jossey-Bass 2007).
