Vu Pham is a partner at Spectrum Knowledge. In this capacity, he works with dozens of organizations to boost employee performance and strategic effectiveness. The impact of first, and repeat, impressions can lead to millions in earnings (think CEOs and Hollywood celebrities) or spark wars and genocide (think diplomacy and dictators).
