Yahoo! Senior Vice President Brad Garlinhouse's internal memo which was leaked to the press in 2006 describes a problem all too common in many companies - spreading resources too thinly to result in success in any of the endeavors. The memo quickly became known as the 'Peanut Butter Manifesto.'
