Trudy, won the contest amongst all Federal employees who submitted their ideas to streamline government and save taxpayer dollars. Chief Performance Officer, Jeff Zients of OMB, and Attorney General Eric Holder also discuss Trudy's idea and the collaborative process that brought so many great initiatives up from the front lines.
