Alexie O'Brien is the General Manager for Retail Operations at lululemon athletica Australia/NZ -- a yoga inspired retailer originating from Vancouver, Canada. She is responsible for Retail Stores, Wholesale, Marketing and the execution of the brand roll out across Australia and NZ. Alexie joined the organisation in 2007 in Australia, when it was a 2 store franchise, as the Financial Controller. She has been instrumental in the arrival of the brand in Australia with significant growth over the last 3 years across Australia and NZ. She held a number Senior finance roles across a 7 years period, including Asia Pacific Finance Director based in Bangkok, Thailand. She became a Chartered Accountant at the age of 22 in Brisbane before setting off on her around the world adventures that have seen her live in 5 countries. She is now based in Melbourne with her husband, 2 children and 3 stepchildren. She loves yoga, pilates, dancing, healthy eating and time with her family.

Alexie speaks from her background in accounting to share a 'formula' for her marriage, one that she believes distinguishes it as full of relishing the joy and love and fun in life.
