Stepan S. Khzrtian is a 2011 graduate of the University of Cambridge, where he obtained his Commercial LLM degree and served as a graduate member on the faculty board. Prior to this, he also obtained a General LLM degree from the American University of Armenia, graduating with Valediction Honors after receiving a BA in Political Science from Yerevan State University, summa cum laude.
Khzrtian has practiced law at Arlex International, a Yerevan-based international business law firm. His experience also includes translating high-profile governmental documents for the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, LSAT tutoring for prospective law school students, and interning at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, in New York.
In pursuit of his passion for youth civic involvement, Khzrtian co-founded and coordinated the HENQ Youth Initiative and the Youth Division of the Armenian UN Association.
