Conny Janssen is a choreographer at the leading dance company CONNY JANSSEN DANST. But that's not all. Janssen is more than just a talented woman heading one of the most prominent modern dance troupes in the Netherlands. She leads the way by creating site-specific works on typical Rotterdam locations like the roof of the former Hofplein railway station in order to appeal to an ever-growing public.
Janssen's latest performances have been highly inspired by the metropolitan life and are characterized as typically urban and tough. This makes them fit extremely well in the metropolitan life of the city of Rotterdam. Thatís why CONNY JANSSEN DANST will land on the typical Rotterdam event TEDxRotterdam as well.
