I've been friends with Mike since seventh grade when we rode the bus together. He invited me to play basketball which he beat me at and usually beats me at every sport or game that requires fine motor skills or intelligence. Like darts, pool, chess, and []. But he always makes sure I don't feel bad by telling me I'm good at things that require gross motor skills like running. He always cares a lot about his friends and one of the true rewards of our friendship with Mike was his humor and his lack of embarrassment.

To illustrate this point out of a story, two years ago I just come back to the States from Japan []. And Mike and Josh and I decided to take the opportunity to meet in Hawaii for a few days. I arrived the day after them and it was in the morning so I was hoping he could show up because that's not gonna happen the night before. So get to the airport and I looked outside, looked all over the place and I can't see him anywhere. I said, "Oh man, those guys probably slept." I was thinking about getting a taxi. And then something caught my eye, who's two of the ugliest hula girls I've ever seen in my life. We'll pass this around. Grass skirts, coconut bras and leis welcoming me to Hawaii by saying, "Alo-hey! Alo-hey!" It was disgusting and hilarious all at once. We proceeded to eat macadamia nuts, sardines and beer for five days.

Mike and Summer you've been great friends to me, always offering hours to pass in true friendship, and because of your love I met mine. I met my fiance, Cam, which is Summer's sister. For those of you who don't know. Because they were together. You have a wonderful life ahead of you. And one more thing, "Here's my story, it's totally true, about Mike Monnett and Summer Broom. They've been happy for a real long time and now some wedding bells will chime. They []. I remember when they first met, Mike was happy like I could never forget. Summer's special than everyone I knew, he said, boys I'm in love with Summer Broom. And [] from the very start and until the day they'll never part.
